PricewaterhouseCoopers Research Institute (Japan) Co., Ltd. was established to serve as a comprehensive research institute covering the financial and capital markets.

The Institute advises and undertakes joint research and studies for the PricewaterhouseCoopers global network, so that PricewaterhouseCoopers can provide all its clients and stakeholders with a thorough service. The Institute also conducts research and study into Japanese and worldwide financial and economic issues, and through the hosting of seminars and lectures and publishing of reports based on the results of these activities, will present PricewaterhouseCoopers Japan's views and recommendations, thereby continuing to contribute to the robust development of the financial and economic society.
